Minimum order is $12.00. Orders are accepted via phone, fax, or email. Our fax is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.
In some cases items that have been ordered together may be delivered separately.
Products not received with your initial order are considered a back order.
All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground unless other arrangements are made.
Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada and International orders will be determined at time of shipping. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 days from receipt of order.
All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Email us at who@vinoswinecharms.com or call us at (480) 922-4304. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the order. All refunds are made by check, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee within seven days of the receipt of returned merchandise.
A return authorization number must accompany all returned merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect.
Please report any damages to customer service immediately.
All WHO! International Designs products are handmade. Because of this, all dimensions are approximate and slight variations are characteristic of handmade products.
